Individual therapy provides a safe, one-on-one space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s unique needs, supporting growth, healing, and meaningful life changes. We provided individual therapy for children, teens and adults.

Please note that if you are seeking individual therapy services for your child (17 or younger) we do require parents to attend a monthly family and/or parenting session.


Psychological Assessments

We offer comprehensive evaluations to assess cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning. Our assessments help identify learning differences, ADHD, autism, and emotional concerns, providing clear diagnostic insight and practical recommendations for school, home, and treatment planning.

Nija Jackson, LCSW, is Glacier’s dedicated intake specialist and a highly experienced clinician with over 13 years in the field. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Adelphi University and brings a detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach to every client interaction. Nija conducts comprehensive clinical assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations to ensure each client is matched with the best therapeutic fit and receives a personalized care plan. Williams, PsyD specializes in providing individual, group and family psychotherapy to ethnically and racially diverse children and adolescents experiencing a variety of symptoms including depression, anxiety and behavioral problems.
